Cyrus is a very reckless and unique individual. He has a weird, unusual and uncaring personality and smiles alot. He does what he wants without thinking of consecuences. His best friend is Neemo (Do not get it confused with Nemo) who's a plush that can change sizes.
He is currently fleeing from the police as I speak, but he's not hiding from them. Why would he? He lives in the city streets happily with Neemo as a homeless guy, and "lives" mostly on a dumpster behind a bakery that the family own. It's a mystery how he hasn't been caught yet. He also "lives" on an abandoned luxury apartment but he prefers the old fashioned dumpster.
Fun fact: He is allergic to cats.
