It started when Cee was a kid, and was bored. So she went doodling. You know when you draw someone who you know doesn't exist? Cee kind of did that and invented Sai! Cee drew and imagined them ALOT. Since her imagination is very vivid, it felt like a reall friend. It took her a long time to find out they weren't actually real but she's sometimes still delusional

Ceecee is a main character. She is a teenage girl who goes to an art school “Bella School of Art and Design”. She goes there as a full time student, unlike Chi who goes only on events and for learning/tutoring purposes (The pair actually met by both taking the same class). Cee also likes video games, writing stories, social media, photography, anime, TV and movies! Cee dislikes the classes, because it’s badly taught by the teachers. Not many teachers on Bella are good… Cee's favorite food are mangoes and ice cream!
Ceecee embarrasingly at her old age, has an imaginary friend. It is a white blob thing named Sai and it is her own creation. Sai has existed ever since she was a kid, and they can morph into any shape, colour, person, etc. They have no real personality, they only feel what Ceecee feels. Sometimes, she forgets that they don't exist and treats them as if they were a real person~ It’s quite embarrassing, but it’s not harming anyone. Is it?

Cee is an slim and average sized girl. Her hair is dodgerblue and short, having a pointy pout on her left side. The hair reaches to her shoulders too. Her eyes are shiny silver.
Casual
Her casual outfit consits of a forest green oversized hoodie with short black tights, and socks that reach just below the knee. That’s it. Can’t get simpler than this. The hoodie has a hood, though she rarely uses it.
Personality
Personally… Cee’s personality could be summed as average. She’s polite, fun, extroverted, always up to learn new things and super chill. She isn’t the type to cause trouble on purpose, but more like accidentally. Cee’s so clumsy, when she falls she spills and breaks every art supply she was holding. Please don’t make her cook too. She will burn the neighbourhood.
Cee's morals are average. She prioritizes family first, and likes to live a life full of purpose and worth, rather than live to be successful and stuff. Getting her TRULY mad is impossible, as she tries deescalating the situation.

Ummmm. Soo this was a character I drew her alot (has over 300 images, btw) but I didn’t really think through her design? I just made it out of pure laziness and no thoughts. Then one day many years later... While making a character, I was like, "oh crap I had a blue hair oc like this" and I would you know it I found pictures of her on my old tablet. Wow! Sooo I brought her to life again.
So no other changes, other than making her hair dodger blue and short, and she now has a consistent design! I mostly do this with my ocs btw. I just find out they exist after many years and boom I get attached
